Job summary

Chase Auto is seeking a VP Strategic Business Management to drive end-to-end initiatives for the Commercial Solutions team. You will lead data-driven strategy, coordinate cross-functional projects, and deliver clear executive recommendations to senior leaders.

The role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel/PowerPoint proficiency, and the ability to simplify complex topics into compelling narratives. Hybrid, with collaboration across product, finance, tax, legal, and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business management, or growth roles.
• Demonstrated experience building data driven strategies with clear recommendations and narratives.
• Strong data analysis skills with 3+ years of quantitative analysis in Excel.
• Ability to structure complex problems and make decisions using data and feedback.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; executive presentation skills in PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Solve open-ended, ambiguous business and strategic problems for the Commercial Solutions and Chase Auto business.
• Build data-, hypothesis-, and consensus-driven strategies with clear recommendations and narratives.
• Structure and drive cross-functional strategic projects from discovery to execution, organizing teams and scoping requirements.
• Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable executive recommendations.
• Monitor market/competitor trends and translate insights into recommendations.
• Collaborate across functions and influence diverse stakeholders to drive initiatives.
• Develop and deliver senior-level communications and executive presentations.
• Share best practices and coach team members to build overall capabilities.
