iCapital is seeking an experienced Vice President to join its Corporate Development and Strategy team in New York. You will lead evaluation, planning, and execution of both organic and inorganic growth initiatives, working with senior leadership to align cross-functional priorities and drive momentum.

The role emphasizes rigorous, data-driven analysis, due diligence for select transactions, and thoughtful use of AI tools to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

8+ years in corporate development or strategy roles.
Experience with PE/VC investing and investment banking.
Proven ability to evaluate M&A opportunities and partnerships.
Strong PowerPoint and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct strategic research and present recommendations to senior leadership.
Lead data-driven analysis to inform strategy.
Incorporate AI and automation into workflows to improve speed and quality.
Identify and evaluate partnerships, minority investments, and selective acquisitions.
Lead due diligence for strategic transactions across multiple workstreams.
Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to advance opportunities.
Provide market research and competitive intelligence to guide decisions.
Prepare executive presentations, business plans, and financial analyses.
