Job summary

Equinix is seeking a Vice President of Strategic Finance Partner - Operations in Dallas to lead as the senior finance advisor to Global Operations. You will shape strategy, drive profitable growth, optimize resources, and lead global finance teams to maximize value.

As a trusted member of the leadership team, you will evaluate investments, assess risks, partnering across Controllership, Center of Excellence, and FP&A to connect strategy to outcomes and inform executive decisions.

Qualifications

• Progressive finance experience with strategic finance and executive-level partnering.
• Experience partnering with Global Operations, Product, Engineering, IT, Marketing, Customer Success, or Corporate Functions.
• Proven ability to influence strategy and major investment decisions at the executive level.
• Expertise in value creation, long-range planning and business model economics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance partner to executive leaders, shaping priorities and growth.
• Frame decisions, define options and trade-offs for leadership.
• Lead modeling and analysis through the FP&A Center of Excellence, translating output into recommendations.
• Partner with the Center of Excellence on planning cycles, forecasting and data standards.
• Foster a high-performing global finance team delivering business outcomes.
