Job summary

Equinix, a leading digital infrastructure company, seeks a strategic Vice President of Finance Transformation to modernize the Finance organization. You will oversee a centralized team delivering enterprise-wide initiatives; translate priorities into actionable programs for the CFO and Finance Leadership Team.

Responsibilities include organizational design, workforce strategy, shared services optimization, and technology enablement.

Qualifications

Progressive experience in Finance, Consulting, Business Transformation, or Operational Excellence roles.
Leadership of large-scale transformation initiatives within complex organisations.
Success driving Finance operating model, process, and technology transformations.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead the multi-year Finance Transformation roadmap aligned to Finance objectives.
Partner with CFO and Finance Leadership to improve efficiency, scalability, and decision-making.
Establish transformation priorities, business cases, milestones, and success metrics.
Drive cross-functional alignment and executive sponsorship for major initiatives.
Lead workforce design, location strategies, and shared services optimization.
Oversee governance, risk management, and benefits tracking for programs.
