Job summary

Tatcha is seeking a Vice President, Strategic Finance to guide long-term financial strategy and bridge plans with executive leadership. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, partnering across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product to drive value.

The role requires senior leadership, mentorship, and a data-driven storytelling approach. Reporting to the CFO, you will shape initiatives with direct access to C-levels, influence decisions, and ensure timely, accurate

Qualifications

Degree in a relevant financial or quantitative field.
10–12+ years of relevant experience.
Analytical skills including modeling and data analysis.
Ability to learn new financial systems (Adaptive Insights, NetSuite).
Ability to tell a story from a company’s financial statements.

Responsibilities

Captain the development and execution of long-term financial strategies aligned with goals.
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting with actionable insights.
Oversee preparation of forecasts, budgets, and scenario analyses.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product for major initiatives.
Develop and maintain financial models by channel and project.
Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting aligned with goals.
Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing finance team.
Develop new processes to enhance efficiency and systems.
Take on ad hoc projects and solve key business questions.
