Qualifications

• 10+ years leading strategic initiatives, transformations, or complex cross-functional programs.
• Experience within wealth management, investments, managed accounts, or investment platform delivery.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale business and technology transformations.
• Expertise in strategic execution, dependency management, organizational alignment, and executive governance.
• Demonstrated AI fluency and practical application of AI to improve productivity, decision‑making, and business outcomes.
• Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills, including development of C-suite presentations, leadership offsite materials, and strategic narratives.
• Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and business‑to‑technology delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of a complex, multi-year transformation that spans cross lines of business and functions.
• Translate strategic priorities into clear execution plans, measurable outcomes, and delivery commitments.
• Drive accountability and execution discipline across a diverse set of stakeholders and teams.
• Partner with Investments and Product leaders to ensure platform capabilities support investment workflows.
• Apply knowledge of wealth management operating models and investment lifecycle processes to inform execution decisions and roadmap priorities.
• Champion AI-enabled ways of working to improve planning, reporting, analysis, governance, and decision-making.
• Drive adoption of AI and automation to increase productivity, improve transparency, and reduce execution friction.
• Lead executive reporting and strategic storytelling for leadership communications.
