Job summary

Chris Baily seeks a VP in Change & Solutions Americas within the Internal Strategy and Transformation team of a leading international investment bank. The role focuses on advising executive management on high-level strategic projects across regions and business lines.

Responsibilities include project delivery, development of presentations, stakeholder meetings, and building client relationships while guiding associates and analysts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years work strategy/consulting experience within a top tier consultancy firm and/or financial services.
• Experience in Commercial/Retail Banking, Asset Management, or Investment Banking required
• Develops well-structured frameworks to solve complex problems and provides guidance to efficiently complete projects
• Defines, conducts and/or supervises the necessary research and analysis for a project module
• Strong quantitative skills, Unerring ethical standards, and Excellent Communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree from a top tier school. MBA preferred

Responsibilities

• Support and advise Executive Management around the globe on high-level strategic projects
• Projects range from pure design and development to more transformational involving multiple business lines and regions
• Independently support project delivery, with greater focus on managing day-to-day project activities under the direction of a Director and client stakeholders
• Develop presentations and content, conducting stakeholder meetings
• Bring content expertise and drive resolution of complex issues
• Build long-term relationships with clients
• Support proposals to acquire new projects
• Manage and motivate a team of associates and analysts
