The Granada Theatre in Santa Barbara seeks a strategic Vice President of Stage Production & Operations to lead Stage Production, Front of House, Hospitality and Building Operations.

The VP will drive labor relations, budgeting, asset planning, and safety programs, partnering with the COO and CEO to support artistic and financial objectives while ensuring operational excellence.

This role requires a proven leader who builds strong managers and a collaborative team in a historic multi-use venue.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years in live performance/theatre production or venue operations with leadership responsibility for multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience leading complex productions and events from advance through execution and closeout.
• Significant experience in union environments and administering collective bargaining agreements.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, labor costing, event settlements, vendor management, and asset planning.

• Oversee labor relations, planning, budgeting and safety programs; partner with COO/CEO on strategic initiatives.
