The Granada Theatre, operated by the Santa Barbara Center for the Performing Arts (SBCPA), seeks a dynamic Vice President of Stage Production & Operations to lead Stage Production, Front of House, Hospitality, and Building Operations. This executive will shape staffing, safety, budgets, and long-term strategic plans for a historic venue and its resident companies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible live performance/venue operations experience.
• Experience leading complex productions from advance to closeout.
• Significant experience with union environments and administering collective bargaining agreements.
• Strong budgeting, labor costing, event settlement, and capital planning.
• Experience overseeing Front of House, Hospitality, facilities, and safety.

Responsabilités

• Build a high-performing, collaborative management team through coaching and leadership development, empowering managers.
• Oversee Stage Production, Front of House, Hospitality, and Building Operations to ensure safety, efficiency and excellence.
• Develop annual and multi-year operating budgets and forecasts across production, FOH, hospitality, and facilities.
• Lead safety, risk management, emergency readiness, and labor relations strategies.
• Partner with the COO and CEO on workforce planning, strategic priorities, and capital planning.
