Job summary

Bi-Con Services seeks a Divisional Vice President of Power to drive growth, profitability and long-term strategy for the Power Division. The role oversees electrical construction, power services and expansion into gas facilities, battery storage, substations and industrial power systems.

The vp will manage divisional P&L, business development, resource planning and project execution while building a qualified electrical workforce and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent executive-level experience in related fields.
• 10+ years leading electrical construction, power delivery or energy infra.
• Proven P&L leadership and ability to scale a power-related business.
• Strong knowledge of HV/MV systems, substations, and power distribution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Power Division strategy, growth and market expansion.
• Lead operations for electrical construction, power distribution and substations.
• Manage project performance from estimating to closeout and ensure safety.
• Oversee divisional budgets, forecasts, margins and cash flow.
• Build and lead high-performing teams across disciplines.
• Support business development and major pursuits with customers.
• Maintain relationships with utilities, engineers, suppliers and regulators.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety requirements and standards.
