Job summary

Capstone Partners, a Capstone Partners' SSIB team within Huntington Bancshares, seeks a Vice President in a Chicago, New York, or Boston office. You will lead deals, build client relationships, and supervise junior staff while advancing business development and marketing efforts.

The role requires strong financial modeling, deal execution in special situations, and a track record of client interaction and leadership. Travel and FBI background checks apply where required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; MBA preferred.
• 4+ years in investment banking with restructuring experience.
• Solid financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution on creditor- and debtor-side restructurings and distressed M&A.
• Prepare and analyze historical and projected financial information.
• Coordinate and perform business due diligence.
• Prepare confidential information memoranda, management presentations and marketing pitches.
• Value companies and businesses; assist in marketing and client development.
• Supervise and mentor junior professionals; interact with clients and advisory teams.
