Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of relevant investment experience.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
• Experience analyzing complex capital structures and downside scenarios.
• Strong understanding of credit and investment underwriting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new investment opportunities across special situations and opportunistic credit.
• Lead financial analysis, underwriting and due diligence on potential investments.
• Build and review detailed financial models and investment analyses.
• Conduct industry, company and capital structure analysis.
• Work closely with senior investment professionals throughout the investment process.
• Support transaction execution, including structuring, negotiations and documentation.
• Monitor existing investments and identify potential value-creation or exit opportunities.
• Present investment recommendations and analysis to senior members of the team.
