Responsibilities

Origination and execution of tech-related investment banking transactions (IPO follow-ons, M&A, debt origination).
Collaborate with ECM, DCM and M&A to prepare client presentations and marketing materials.
Develop client relationships and contribute to content generation for pitches.
Conduct financial modeling, valuation analyses and software KPI analyses.
Support cross-border work with teams in Europe and Asia and coordination with U.S. banking teams.
Participate in transaction execution and client pitches for advisory mandates.
