Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent graduate degree is desirable but not required
• 6–10 years in investment banking
• Track record in Technology sector required
• Knowledge of corporate banking products, regulations, and credit processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Licenses: SIE, Series 63 and 79

Responsibilities

• Execute and cover clients including valuation, financial analysis, strategic analysis, due diligence, deal financing and process management
• Conduct business and industry research and analysis
• Prepare transaction marketing materials and high-quality client deliverables
• Develop, train, and mentor junior bankers on projects
