Job summary

PNC Bank NA seeks a Senior Regulatory Reporting & Accounting Lead (VP) based in Pittsburgh, Birmingham, or Cleveland. You will serve as the go-to SME on regulatory reporting requirements and the accounting considerations behind them, helping the firm interpret changing rules and guiding stakeholders through resulting changes.

You will lead end-to-end regulatory change programs, set policy direction, and strengthen governance of submissions.

Qualifications

Provide regulatory reporting advisory support for new products, transactions, organizational changes, and strategic initiatives.
Interpret regulatory reporting requirements and develop technical positions for complex accounting, capital, liquidity, and financial reporting matters.
Monitor regulatory, accounting, and industry developments and assess their impact to reporting processes and obligations.
Lead regulatory change implementation efforts end to end, including stakeholder communication, impact assessments, and readiness activities.
