Job summary

Guggenheim Securities is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join its Information Management team in New York. The role focuses on gathering requirements, creating BRDs and use cases, and translating them into technical specs for investment banking technology solutions.

You will work with business leaders, clients, and IT to ensure solutions meet objectives, stay within scope, and are delivered on time. A strong background in investment banking and 7+ years' experience are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in investment banking as a Business Analyst.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, IT or related field.
• Experience in requirements management and documentation.
• Familiar with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements with stakeholders.
• Develop BRDs, functional specs and use cases for technology solutions.
• Conduct vendor evaluations and manage RFP processes.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and align with objectives.
• Lead workshops and present updates to stakeholders.
• Support UAT and implementation of new systems.
• Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
