Guggenheim Securities, the investment banking arm of Guggenheim Partners, seeks an analyst for its New York Financial Institutions Group. You will analyze market trends and financials to identify client solutions, contribute to deal pitches, and support transactions across banks, fintech, and insurance sectors.

You will lead project management, perform pro forma and due diligence analyses, and prepare marketing materials.

Formación

• Requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree
• Core modeling and valuation experience in a professional setting

Responsabilidades

• Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and financials to identify client solutions and new opportunities
• Prepare deal pitches and contribute to M&A and financing opportunities
• Integrate analyses and forecasts into presentations for stakeholders
• Analyze, structure and execute transactions for corporate clients in Financial Institutions (Banks, Specialty Finance, FinTech, Insurance)
• Lead day-to-day project management and execution on advisory and financing transactions
• Perform pro forma analyses for potential and live transactions (M&A, equity and debt Financing)
• Conduct due diligence on Financial Institution companies and manage diligence requests
• Prepare marketing materials, teasers, CIMs; manage due diligence and legal documents with lawyers
• Present to clients including top executives on strategic topics and capital markets activity
• Develop client relationships through ongoing engagement and financial knowledge
• Utilize databases (Bloomberg, Thomson Eikon, SNL, FactSet) for analyses
• Mentor junior staff across projects
