Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience required.
• Experience in structured products or banking is preferred.
• Experience with cash flow modeling of ABS and CLO is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support senior capital markets bankers to win ABS/CLO mandates.
• Assist in execution and closing of ABS and CLO transactions.
• Lead deal process and coordinate with rating agencies, accounting, trustees, and counsel.
• Prepare transaction materials and liaise with internal/external groups.
• Lead investor calls and coordinate with sales teams.
• Contribute to development of new products and asset classes.
• Engage in due diligence sessions and special projects.
