Qualifications

• 15+ years of software, platform, or enterprise technology leadership in large orgs.
• 8+ years of senior engineering leadership across distributed teams.
• Experience defining and executing platform/shared-services strategies.
• Experience running high-availability enterprise systems with reliability targets and incident practices.
• Leading AI-enabled product platforms, personalization, learning analytics, or enterprise data capabilities.
• Modernizing legacy platforms into cloud-native, modular architectures.
• Consolidation efforts that reduce technical debt and cost.
• Budget management and vendor relationship skills for large tech portfolios.
• Excellent executive communication to align stakeholders.
• Leadership of leaders and talent development.

Responsibilities

• Own technology strategy, roadmap, and operating model for core systems.
• Advance build-once, scale-everywhere by reusable capabilities.
• Modernize Core Systems with AI, cloud-native architecture, API-first integration.
• Establish shared AI infrastructure and platform services for smart learning experiences.
• Partner with product leaders to increase adoption of shared capabilities across markets.
• Lead engineering leadership, mentorship, and portfolio execution with best practices.
• Evaluate build/buy/partner options and provide cost and performance transparency.
