Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of software, platform, or enterprise technology leadership experience.
• 8+ years leading senior engineering leaders across distributed teams.
• Experience defining platform/shared-services strategies across complex product portfolios.
• Experience running high-availability enterprise systems with reliability targets and incident management.
• Experience leading AI-enabled product platforms or enterprise data capabilities.
• Experience modernizing legacy platforms into cloud-native, modular architectures.
• Proven success in consolidation to reduce technical debt and cost.
• Experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, and portfolio investments.
• Excellent executive communication to align senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational leadership, talent development, and succession planning.

Responsibilities

• Own the technology strategy, roadmap, and operating model for core systems.
• Advance build-once, scale-everywhere capabilities to improve scalability and speed to market.
• Modernize Core Systems using generative AI, cloud-native architecture, API-first integration, and automation.
• Establish shared AI infrastructure, data, and platform services for smart learning experiences.
• Partner with product and business leaders to drive adoption while tailoring experiences per market.
• Lead engineering leadership team, mentor talent pipelines, and drive modern software delivery practices.
