Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive software sales leadership experience, healthcare tech a must.
• 7+ years selling ambulatory EHR, practice management, or related software.
• 7+ years building and coaching senior, quota-carrying sales teams.
• Experience leading complex B2B SaaS sales in healthcare IT environments.
• Proven ability to develop sales strategy, forecast discipline, and drive revenue growth.
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence C-suite and other leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L accountability for sales; drive bookings targets with forecast discipline.
• Lead and develop a senior quota-carrying sales team to exceed targets.
• Build and execute go-to-market strategy aligned with growth objectives and product roadmap.
• Expand market reach into ambulatory care segments with strategic partnerships.
• Embed AI tools across sales and marketing to improve pipeline quality and forecasting.
• Direct integrated marketing campaigns and lead go-to-market for new product lines.
• Serve as the commercial voice in product development and early adopter programs.
• Coach and develop sales talent with accountability for revenue growth.
