We are seeking an experienced VP, Sales (contract or contract-to-perm) to lead our enterprise sales team while the team leader is on leave. This individual will be responsible for managing both sales and customer success functions, owning renewals, coaching the team, and driving pipeline maturity across key whitespace accounts.

Your north star: Ensure the team is aligned, energized, and set up for success to capitalize on the critical Q4 window.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the interim leader of a cross-functional sales and customer success team focused on whitespace growth
  • Coach, manage, and support a team of AEs and CS managers to hit retention and revenue targets
  • Oversee renewals and partner with Customer Success to identify expansion opportunities
  • Collaborate with Marketing, RevOps, and Research Strategy to optimize outbound plays and account engagement
  • Own forecasting, pipeline health, and team reporting in Salesforce
  • Lead team huddles, forecast calls, and 1:1s with a focus on consistency, quality, and readiness
  • Align with senior leadership to transition smoothly at the start and end of the contract term
  • Build enablement plans and sales structure to set the team up for a successful Q4
What We’re Looking For
  • 8+ years in B2B sales leadership roles, with direct experience leading quota-carrying teams
  • Experience in consumer insights, market research, or SaaS sales (ideally a combination)
  • Proven ability to lead both new business and account management/renewals
  • Strong grasp of forecasting, deal strategy, and pipeline management
  • Exceptional communicator who can quickly build trust with cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable operating in an agile, fast-moving environment with high expectations
  • The hourly rate for this role starts at $90/hr
