Job summary

Finzly, headquartered in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a senior finance leader to guide the company's finance, legal and operations functions and shape the finance strategy. The role will drive financial planning, governance, and strategic initiatives to support growth and profitability across the business.

The position includes managing the Series B funding process, coordinating investor relations, conducting market research and forecasting, and preparing compelling pitch decks for investors.

Qualifications

• Finance leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with financial forecasting and investor relations.
• Strong strategic thinking and business insight.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance, Legal & Operations departments and provide business insights to guide the company finance strategy.
• Manage Finzly Series B funding process including investor meetings, industry research, forecasting and pitch deck prep.
• Travel up to 5% domestically to meet investors.

Requires 5% domestic travel to meet investors.
