Job summary

State Street Corporation seeks a leader for the ADS Risk & Performance Ready Data team in Boston. You will design and operationalize data services across risk, performance and analytics, coordinating with Alpha solutioning and product teams to deliver robust client-centric solutions.

The role emphasizes deep data management expertise, strong communication, and the ability to drive revenue through effective client engagement and service delivery.

Qualifications

• University degree in computer science, data management or other financial services technical field.
• CFA qualifications preferred.
• 15+ years in data management, product and market data roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and commercialize a data service model interoperable with 3rd party risk vendors and Alpha Platform.
• Create client servicing model with Alpha Product and Global Delivery.
• Integrate Alpha platform with risk, performance and analytics across platforms.
• Engage with Alpha solutioning teams and clients to implement control framework.
• Collaborate with sales to raise awareness and revenue.
• Oversee day-to-day client servicing operations to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Identify enhancements to improve data monitoring and triage capabilities.
