Modivcare Solutions, LLC is seeking a senior leader to drive strategic direction for the Personal Care billing and claims department in alignment with company goals. You will optimize processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead a high-performing team across vendors and internal partners.

The role requires extensive experience in billing/claims management, strong leadership, and collaboration with finance, legal, and compliance.

Qualificações

• Fifteen (15) plus years progressive experience in billing and claims management.
• Ten (10) plus years leadership responsibility leading teams.
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations, compliance, and best practices.
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using billing and claims management software and systems.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and implements the strategic direction for the billing and claims department.
• Assesses and optimizes billing and claims processes for efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Ensures adherence to HIPAA and other regulations and company policies.
• Implements quality assurance measures to reduce errors and denials; oversees complex issues.
• Prepares and presents financial reports to CFO, BUL, and stakeholders.
• Manages relationships with third-party billing and claims service providers.
• Develops and manages the department budget and allocates resources.
• Collaborates with legal/compliance and external partners to resolve complex claims.
• Stays abreast of trends and leads integration of new billing technologies.
• Directs and mentors senior leaders on performance, HR processes, and career development.
