Dufry Careers in East Rutherford, NJ seeks a Vice President, Revenue & Core Convenience to lead the commercial team responsible for promotional programs, category management and retail strategy across core convenience categories.

This executive role oversees Beverages, CPG, Packaged Food, and related functions, drives budget attainment, builds client relationships, and ensures compliance while guiding strategic buying and selling campaigns.

Qualifications

12+ years combined education and experience required.
7+ years leading senior retail management teams.
10+ years in buying/category management programs.
Hospitality, F&B and/or retail experience valued.
MBA or advanced degree adds years toward requirement.

Responsibilities

Determine and buy products incl. COGs and retail strategy for core convenience categories in Duty Paid.
Direct category sales of promotional program activities across Duty Paid channels.
Set promotional and retail sales goals with guided policy processes.
Acquire and allocate resources to meet promotional budget goals.
Generate new business and deepen client relationships.
Oversee Beverage, CPG, Packaged Food buying, campaigns, supply chain, compliance.
Supervise retail marketing and billing/collections across discretionary categories.
Ensure department-wide adherence to company policies and best practices.
