Qualifications
- Six+ years in financial services, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Active SIE if registered after Oct 1, 2018.
- Active Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
- CRPC or CFP designation (may be obtained within 120 days).
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of licensed Retirement Consultants with focus on performance and growth.
- Drive exceptional client experiences across retirement-related services and interactions.
- Lead through change and adopt new initiatives with strong execution.
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and drive results.
- Provide updates to senior leadership on team performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Build retirement expertise and explain products and solutions to clients.
