Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks an Investment Specialist (VP/ED) within Asset Management’s Multi-Asset Solutions team to bridge portfolio management and Client Advisor groups.

You will be the product expert for the Smart Retirement franchise and broader retirement solutions, guiding strategy and client conversations. You will lead client engagement, support business development, and drive initiatives that enhance retirement client experience, working with institutional and advisor clients to deliver

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in the financial industry, with retirement/income knowledge preferred.
• Strong knowledge of investment design and portfolio construction in a multi-asset context.
• Excellent presentation, research, and writing skills for diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated relationship-building skills in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain the retirement book of business through ongoing client and consultant engagement.
• Lead client interactions (meetings, seminars, conferences) presenting MAS investment process, portfolio positioning, and house views.
• Serve as primary contact for Client Advisor teams to support the sales process and product fluency.
• Build cross-functional relationships across Client/Consultant Adviser teams, PM, research, IR, and product partners.
• Create high-quality client-facing content and materials explaining performance and positioning.
• Analyze portfolios and develop proposals to support new and existing mandates.
• Contribute to process and technology enhancements to improve scalability and client experience.
• Coach and develop junior Investment Specialists, including presentation skills and knowledge transfer.
