Qualifikationen

• Minimum six years of financial services experience, including at least one year in a leadership role.
• Active Securities Industry Essentials exam if registered after Oct 1, 2018.
• Active Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
• FINRA Series 9/10 and CRPC or CFP designation; may be obtained within the first 120 days.
• Strong knowledge of retirement products and retirement accounts.
• Knowledge of ERISA, DOL requirements, Best Interest rules, managed accounts, and employee benefit programs.

• Drive an exceptional client experience with high-quality retirement service interactions.
• Lead through change and demonstrate agility with new initiatives and processes.
• Support strategic and tactical priorities of the Retirement business and translate them into actions.
• Provide concise updates to senior leadership on team performance and risks.
• Build retirement expertise across the team to explain accounts, products, and solutions.
• Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and connect clients with JPM WM solutions.
• Partner across client-facing teams to drive execution and outcomes.
• Maintain a strong risk and controls environment in line with firm policies.
