Qualifications

• 5+ years in related professional work, incl. 3+ years in corporate restructuring or fiduciary services.
• Must complete financial modeling testing and a case study (3-statement models incl. LBO).
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and project-management capabilities.
• Familiarity with ABC statutes and US bankruptcy frameworks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead ABC engagements as day-to-day project manager with client and estate teams.
• Develop work plans, budgets, and timelines from diligence to estate closure.
• Oversee asset preservation, cash management, and creditor distributions.
• Coordinate sale/disposition of assets and creditor recoveries.
• Prepare estate financial reporting and status updates for stakeholders.
