Job summary

Inspire-Brands is seeking a Vice President of Restaurant Technology & Operations to lead enterprise platforms for Arby’s, Baskin-Robbins, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dunkin', and others. The role drives stability, scalability, and performance across in-restaurant, off-premise, and enterprise tech, partnering with Ops, Digital, and Finance to balance innovation with operational rigor.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive IT management experience.
• 10+ years of cross-functional program leadership with vendors.
• 4-year degree in CS/IS or related field; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead strategies with Ops, Digital, Finance and partners to drive enterprise tech.
• Oversee ITSM processes and vendor governance for reliability and cost efficiency.
• Own AI/automation strategy to improve efficiency and service reliability.
• Coach and develop teams; manage executive communications and escalations.
• Ensure high availability of in-restaurant, off-premise, and enterprise platforms.
