Job summary

Casey Key Ventures in New York seeks a Vice President to launch and lead the Residential Energy Storage VPP business. This founding leadership role reports to the CEO, with full P&L accountability and equity upside as the team scales in the Northeast.

You will recruit a founding team, shape go-to-market strategy, secure capital for scalable deployments, and implement operational processes to build a durable, high-growth business.

Qualifications

• Proven track record launching or leading a business line or product in energy.

Responsibilities

• Own the business plan, operating budget, and P&L for the VPP business.
• Recruit, hire, and lead a founding team across sales, operations, finance, and grid services.
• Define organizational structure and compensation in coordination with leadership.
• Negotiate agreements with battery OEMs and VPP software providers.
• Secure enrollment in utility demand response and grid services programs.
