Qualifications

• 10+ years of O&M experience for utility-scale solar projects or related energy sectors.
• Proven leadership experience managing large teams across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the O&M strategy to optimize asset performance.
• Lead the O&M team, including field technicians and engineers.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize uptime.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory standards.
