Qualifications

• Experience as a Regulatory Remediation Specialist supporting technology, cybersecurity, risk, or governance functions.
• Senior individual contributor in complex regulated environments.
• Strong technical aptitude with ability to ramp up on new systems, controls, and risk topics.
• Exceptional written communication for senior and control-oriented audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams concurrently.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead writer for design and closure memos, shaping narrative for senior management, audit, and regulatory review.
• Translate complex cybersecurity, technology, and risk concepts into clear written materials.
• Independently manage multiple concurrent initiatives with minimal oversight.
• Identify gaps and ambiguities, collaborate with SMEs to resolve them.
• Navigate shifting priorities while maintaining delivery momentum.
• Build trusted relationships with senior SMEs and stakeholders across Risk, Technology, GTS, and GCS.
• Uphold documentation quality, consistency, and clarity across the Risk & Governance portfolio.
