Responsibilities

• Serve as a lead writer for design and closure memos and thought partner, shaping document structure, narrative, and messaging for senior management, audit, and regulatory review.
• Translate complex cybersecurity, technology, and risk concepts into clear, concise, and well-structured written materials.
• Independently manage multiple concurrent initiatives, prioritizing work and resolving conflicts with minimal oversight.
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or ambiguities in source material and proactively work with SMEs to resolve them.
• Navigate shifting priorities and evolving requirements, pivoting approach as needed while maintaining delivery momentum.
• Build trusted relationships with senior SMEs and stakeholders across Risk, Technology, GTS, and GCS.
• Act as a standard-bearer for documentation quality, consistency, and clarity across the Risk & Governance portfolio.

Role SummaryThe Regulatory Remediation Specialist is a Vice President–level individual contributor within the Risk & Governance organization. This role has end-to-end responsibility over high-visibility documentation, including design and closure memos, that support risk decisions, control outcomes, and remediation closure.
