Job summary

• Experience leading complex remediation programs with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of financial services regulatory requirements and change processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate remediation initiatives from planning through closure with action plans and governance.
• Monitor remediation plans, milestones, KPIs and dependencies; escalate delays as needed.
• Support root cause analysis and ensure corrective actions address control weaknesses.
• Prepare executive reporting and materials for governance committees and the Board.
• Maintain evidence and documentation supporting issue closure and remediation commitments.
