Job summary

Madison-Davis, LLC is seeking a Vice President to join its Business Audit team in a global financial markets context. This working VP will run audits, design test strategies, and directly manage 2–3 AVPs while still performing fieldwork and drafting findings.

The role covers third-party risk, credit risk and model validation, and operations, including finance, HR, and risk culture. A strong track record in audits and people management is essential.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of internal audit experience in financial services.
• Currently an AVP or VP leading business or operational audits in a bank, broker-dealer, custodian, market infrastructure firm, or insurer.
• Willingness to coach juniors and manage staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute complex audits from risk assessment to findings and summaries.
• Prioritize delivery across your audit portfolio and coach junior team members.
• Validate and track management's remediation of audit and regulatory issues.
• Build relationships with senior management and surface emerging risks.
• Contribute to audit committee reporting, data analytics, and methodology improvements.
• Manage performance, development, and hiring for direct reports and co-source resources.
