Job summary

Barclays is seeking a Senior Red Team Operator - VP to lead offensive security engagements across cyber, physical, and human domains. You will craft adversary emulation programs, build tooling, and advise on controls and remediation with stakeholders. This is a remote opportunity with leadership expectations at a VP level.

You will be assessed on technical depth, program leadership, and the ability to advance security postures across the bank. Competitive incentives apply.

Qualifications

• Hands-on offensive security experience in red team or adversary emulation.
• Proven ability to develop tooling and automate security tests.
• Experience with risk, controls, and security methodologies.
• Certifications such as OSCP, OSEP, CRTO, CREST are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead offensive security engagements, audits and threat models.
• Communicate findings, risk impact, and remediation guidance to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain offensive security tooling and tradecraft.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance security controls and detection.
