Job summary

Kroll, a global risk and financial advisory leader, seeks a Vice President in its Real Estate Advisory group in the Dallas area. You will lead valuation engagements for corporate clients and REITs, manage a staff of associates, and drive client relationships while applying Argus and Excel-based analyses.

Strong leadership and communication are essential for success. Qualified candidates have 5+ years in real estate valuation, licensed as a General Appraiser, and may hold MAI or comparable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and advanced degrees in finance/real estate or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years in Real Estate Valuation or Consulting.
• Certified General real estate appraiser license.
• MAI designation in progress or active.
• Big 4 or large national firm valuation/consulting experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Leadership experience and integrity.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a team.

Responsibilities

• Execute valuation and appraisal assignments for corporate clients and REITs.
• Manage daily real estate staff activities, deliverables, and reviews.
• Communicate with clients and foster relationships.
• Apply discounted cash flow, Argus, Excel, and standard valuation approaches.
• Gather data via client interviews and brokers, and review benchmarks.
• Present findings clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
