Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Management (with concentration in Finance, Accounting or Real Estate)
• GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Graduation date between Dec 2027 and Jul 2028

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth industry, market and competitor research
• Conduct local, national and international real estate market analysis for diverse entities and REITs
• Design financial models using Argus and Excel for valuation methods
• Gather data through client interactions and interviews with brokers and property managers
• Review industry surveys and benchmarks and present results clearly
