Qualifications

• Bachelor in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management with Real Estate focus.
• 3+ years in Real Estate Valuation or Consulting.
• Appraisal license preferred or in process.
• Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth industry, market and competitor research.
• Analyze local, national and international real estate markets.
• Design financial models (Argus & MS Excel) for valuations.
• Gather data through client interactions and interviews.
• Review surveys, trends and benchmarks; present results clearly.
• Support with delivering analysis to clients.
