Qualifications

• 7+ years of mortgage lending experience preferred.
• Ability to translate portfolio data into strategic insights.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and training required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for Greylock's real estate lending portfolio, including underwriting oversight and credit governance.
• Lead portfolio strategy, analytics, and reporting to support senior leadership and the Board.
• Improve end-to-end real estate lending processes, train staff, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support expansion into new markets, partnerships, and originations strategies.
