Greylock Federal Credit Union seeks a Vice President of Real Estate to lead strategy, risk management, and portfolio performance for the real estate lending group. You will guide underwriting, drive analytics, and partner with senior leadership to enable responsible growth.

Lead cross-functional teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop capacity for geographic expansion while upholding Greylock’s culture and values.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of mortgage lending experience and leadership ability.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and training.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee real estate underwriting and set underwriting strategy.
• Develop strategic reporting and analytics for leadership and Board.
• Improve end-to-end real estate lending workflows and capacity.
• Support expansion into new geographic markets and partnerships.
• Represent Greylock in professional and community settings.
