Qualifications

• 7+ years of mortgage lending experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides executive level oversight of real estate underwriting, sets strategy and risk controls.
• Oversee strategic reporting and analytics for leadership and Board.
• Lead end-to-end real estate lending workflow improvements for efficiency and compliance.
• Support expansion into new geographic markets and lending partnerships.
• Represent Greylock in external engagements to raise organizational visibility.
