Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in real estate.
• Experience sourcing, structuring, negotiating, and closing complex real estate transactions.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills across real estate asset classes and fund structures.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Self-starter with strong judgment and ability to manage multiple transactions under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Source new US investment opportunities across property types and geographies by cultivating relationships with limited partners, general partners, intermediaries, brokers, and advisors.
• Manage the full deal lifecycle from initial screening through closing, including financial analysis, due diligence, coordination of legal documentation, structuring, and internal investment approvals.
• Lead and mentor junior deal team members, overseeing workflow, quality control, and professional development.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams including legal, tax, asset management, capital markets, and investor relations.
• Prepare investment committee materials and present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Provide ongoing asset management support post-closing.
