Extell Development Company is seeking a high-performing Vice President to support the Co-CEO with financial and operating analysis for investments, market research and strategic initiatives in a fast-paced real estate environment.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with real estate experience, advanced Excel and modeling, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. On-site role with senior-management collaboration and capital strategy responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4-8 years of experience in real estate portfolio and/or asset management.
• Development experience preferred but not required.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational and financial performance of a diverse real estate asset portfolio.
• Develop asset management strategies to maximize value and drive investment performance.
• Support senior management with financial modeling, budgeting, and market condition analyses.
• Prepare portfolio reporting and market/trend analyses for decision making.
