Job summary

TPG seeks a Vice President to join the Global Communications team and support communications for TPG's Real Estate businesses spanning the U.S., Europe, and Asia. The role acts as a key liaison to stakeholders and requires strong project management and written communication skills.

The ideal candidate has at least six years in financial communications within alternative asset management, with interest in real estate, private equity, and credit markets. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• At least six (6) years of relevant experience in financial communications.
• Experience in real estate, private equity, or credit markets is preferred.
• Strong project management and independent collaboration.
• Top-tier media relations experience with financial press.
• Ability to work across geographies and time zones.
• Strong storytelling and written communication abilities.
• Discretion with highly sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic integrated communications and marketing plan for the Real Estate platform globally.
• Lead proactive and reactive media relations and manage speaking engagements and awards.
• Share market intelligence on real estate trends and regulatory developments with teams.
• Coordinate with Investment, Legal & Compliance, HR and other stakeholders to inform communications strategies.
• Create press releases, media talking points, LinkedIn posts, Q&As, thought leadership pieces, and internal memos.
• Oversee PR agency relationships and maintain ties with influential media and financial services stakeholders.
• Support broader firm-wide branding, investor relations, and internal communications initiatives.
