Qualifications

• 7–10 years of related experience in risk management or insurance broker role.
• Licensed in State of Illinois (required upon or after hire).
• ARM, CPCU or CRIS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all insurance related aspects of transaction deal flow from initiation through closing.
• Conduct comprehensive insurance due diligence on prospective acquisitions.
• Partner with transaction teams to provide necessary insurance information.
• Lead placement and ongoing management of property insurance programs meeting lender requirements.
• Direct procurement and administration of liability insurance in financing covenants.
• Develop, standardize, and improve processes related to insurance within the lifecycle.
• Collaborate to shape long-term insurance strategies and RMIS management.
