Lazard is seeking a Vice President to focus on Real Asset transactions within the PCA group in New York. You will support transaction management, prepare marketing materials and financial analyses, and coordinate investor outreach and due diligence while coordinating with Analysts and Associates.

Qualifications

• Six+ years of relevant full-time work experience, preferably placement agent or internal investor relations.
• Strong communication style, able to interact with senior clients.
• Proven leadership and ability to mentor junior bankers.
• Ability to multi-task across Real Assets deals and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare marketing materials, investor presentations, private placement memoranda, and financial models.
• Manage roadshows, investor outreach, due diligence responses, and data rooms.
• Coordinate logistics of capital-raising activities and track market data.
• Provide guidance to Associates and Analysts and oversee deal processes.
