Job summary

Qualifications

• Seven years of management experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of related professional experience.
• Deep knowledge of local, state, and federal regulatory requirements and risk management.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, word processing, relational databases and graphics software.

Responsibilities

• Design and enhance system readiness for accreditation and survey readiness.
• Collaborate to set quality and safety goals meeting national standards.
• Improve standard work processes and broad communication for safety initiatives.
• Build internal and external networks to connect quality, safety and regulatory functions.
• Utilize automated data to track and coordinate quality and regulatory compliance.
• Integrate processes with Risk Management for mandatory reporting and safety.
• Support daily management systems for lean problem solving.
• Mentor Directors of Quality, Safety and Regulatory toward continuous improvement.
